How quickly do you respond?
Enquiries sent within office hours are usually answered within a few hours. Outside office hours, expect a response by the next working morning.
Do you take Naira and USD payments?
Yes. We accept Naira card, bank transfer, and USD wire. Every ticket payment goes to the airline directly, and your booking reference is sent by email the same day.
Do you charge a visa consultation fee upfront?
The eligibility check is free. Once you engage us for a full visa application, we quote a fixed service fee separate from the consulate visa fee — no hidden costs.
Can you handle group and corporate travel?
Yes. We handle family trips, church and mosque groups, delegations and corporate accounts with consolidated invoicing and dedicated advisors.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Send us the airline notification. We contact the airline on your behalf for reroute, refund or credit-shell options and follow up until it's resolved.
