This webpage is available to corporate/Government organizations and individuals that can present legally binding requests under applicable laws. Kindly ignore if you are not permitted to use this webpage. If you are using the webpage on behalf of an organization or individual you represent, we request that you have the ability to bind such organization or individual by your use of the webpage. In making requests/reservations, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or the organization you represent.

We reserve the right to send you messages to inform you of changes to your requests/reservations on the webpage through telephone, SMS or Email. Further, you agree to receive the phone calls and SMS through the telephone number you provide on the webpage.

All complaints/issues encountered in the course of our transactions must be submitted to us through our webpage or Email address and appropriately titled "COMPLAINTS/ISSUES". ALL COMPLAINTS/ISSUES will be treated within a maximum of two weeks upon receipt.

This webpage is designed for legitimate and legal reservations/requests. It MUST not be used for any illegitimate businesses. All information provided is treated as CONFIDENTIAL including bank details.

We require the following information from you upon visiting the webpage:

• Personal data such as name, email address, contact address, telephone number and requests.
• Financial data such as bank account details but limited to bank name, account name, account number.
• Messages sent to us.
• Phone calls you make to us or we make to you.

We DO NOT STORE financial data such as bank payment card details, online banking PIN, Transaction Authentication Number/Password.

All information we receive from you and about you are used for the following:

1. To carry out your reservations/requests payment on the payment Gateway.
2. To carry out your reservations/requests, make payments and send you notification of the completed reservations/requests and payments.
3. To inform you on updates to your reservations/requests, treat your complaints and get feedbacks when necessary.
4. To allow you have access to our customer service team so as to attend to your complaints/issues/enquiries.

Since we are mainly a service firm and agency to major providers, refunds are made in the following situations:

1. Refunds are made for payments received for which transactions have not been consummated. E.g. flight bookings or bills not issued, cancelled ticketed events, products not delivered.
2. Refunds will be made EXCLUDING service fees due to us.
3. A full refund will be made if a wrong reservation/request or product is initiated as a result of an error on our part.
4. Refunds will be made ONLY through accounts of name(s) provided during reservations/requests after due diligence is done on the received complaint.

We reserve the right to discontinue any requests/reservations in whole or part, temporarily or permanently, if we notice any fraudulent or false information. You can also discontinue your requests/reservations at any point provided your requests/ reservations have not been initiated and issued appropriately.
